Product Introduction

1、High temperature firing, environmentally friendly and healthy
Ceramic products fired at a high temperature of 1200 degrees Celsius are permanently durable, green, non-toxic, zero emission, and radiation free. The combination of no water content and extremely low water absorption (0.12W/(m • K) thermal conductivity ensures that condensation does not occur on the surface of the board, playing an important role in combating bacteria and mold. 2. A-level fire prevention
Made by firing and foaming at a high temperature of 1200 ℃, and without emitting toxic gases, the fire resistance meets the national A1 level standard.
3. Waterproof, leak proof, moisture-proof, and mold resistant
Foamed ceramic partition panels have independent closed pore structures and extremely low water absorption, and their superior waterproof, moisture-proof, and mildew proof properties make them more suitable for areas such as bathrooms and kitchens that are constantly damp.
Foamed ceramic wall panels are moisture free and have extremely low water absorption, with the highest level of mold resistance of 0, making them the preferred healthy wall material for residential partition walls.
4、Sound insulation and absorption
The 80mm thick foam ceramic wall has undergone professional instrument testing. Music is played in a closed space enclosed by the foam ceramic wall panel, with a volume of 68dB. The volume measured on the outer wall of the wall panel is 32dB, a decrease of 36dB, which meets the national standard requirements. Due to its high capacitance and easy reflection, the material has a strong sound insulation effect, which is superior to ordinary walls.

The 80mm foam ceramic partition board weighs only 32 kilograms per square meter, which is 1/5 of the masonry and two plastered walls. 6. Increase usage area

7. Quick installation, thin plastering, no batch shaking

8、Anti crack zero shrinkage
High temperature sintered products have an extremely low shrinkage value (0.1mm/m), effectively preventing cracks between sheets.
9、High strength, nailable and hanging
The compressive strength of the foam ceramic partition board is greater than 6.0 megapascals, the hanging force at a single point is greater than 1000N, and the hanging weight at a single point is greater than 80KG. The hanging force can fully meet the needs of daily life.
10、Easy to use, strong plasticity, and can be slotted
Tiling is worry free and belongs to the same low shrinkage product as ceramic floor tiles, with good compatibility and reliable adhesion. Simple slotting, easy to repair.
